One of the latest entry in to the Real Estate Portal is WishAHome.com. The site looked good and the search speed was awesome. I did contact development team (as my self being a developer) and they were quite happy to tell me all the technologies they have used (though they did not reveal any future plans). Looks good for the time being. Just have a try.
